Materials for duck
- Yellow and orange felt
- Hot glue
- Fabric scissors
- Googly eyes
- Black marker
- Pliers or tweezers
- 1 Cut out a 3x3 inch square of fabric for the body base. Wrap around your finger, or your child’s finger, and trim to size
- 2 Cut out two humps (in the shape of an “M”). Line one edge with glue and fold closed. You may need to press down for a moment while the glue dries.
- 3 Cut out the feet and the beak from orange felt and glue to the bottom and middle of the puppet. We made two dots for the beak with black marker.
- 4 Add the googly eyes. Because hot glue may burn your fingers, consider using tweezers or pliers to set the eyes down.
