Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

My momma always taught me: be sure to bring something when you're a guest in someone's home. I swear, even now I feel like she knows if I forgot.  That being said, this perfect cheesy garlic pull-apart bread recipe is one of my go-to recipes.

Ingredients

  •
Store-bought pizza dough (fresh is better, but frozen works too, just make sure it’s thawed)
  • 4

    cloves garlic, chopped

  • 4

    tbsp olive oil

  •

    Pinch of salt

  • 1

    cup of grated Parmesan

  • 1

    cup of mozzarella

  • 3

tsp of fresh thyme, plus sprigs for garnish

Directions

  • 1

Add garlic and salt to olive oil and stir.

  • 2

Pluck thyme leaves and put into olive oil.

  • 3

Using olive oil, line cast iron pan to prevent dough from sticking. Form balls of dough and place into oiled cast iron pan.

  • 4

Pour olive oil mixture over dough.

  • 5

    Sprinkle cheese over the dough.

  • 6

Place sprigs of thyme over the top of the cheese and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
