8 oz. fresh green beans or asparagus spears
8 grape tomatoes
¾ tsp. herbs de Provence, divided use
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 large garlic clove, pressed
½ tsp. grated lemon zest
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast (9 to 10 oz.), cut in half
5 pitted niçoise or small Kalamata olives, cut in half
2 tbsp. goat cheese crumbles

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 375°F.

Place beans, tomatoes and ½ tsp. herbs in Ziploc Endurables® Medium Container. Drizzle with lemon juice. Set aside.

Mix mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and remaining herbs until blended; spread onto one side of chicken. Place over ingredients in Endurables® Container with mayonnaise side up, leaving space between chicken pieces. Place Endurables® Container on baking sheet.
4.
Bake with zipper open 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Remove from oven; let stand 5 min. Use Cool Grab Tabs™ to carefully remove Endurables® Container from baking sheet.

Divide chicken and beans between 2 serving plates; top beans with olives and cheese.
Tips & Hints
Leaving space between the chicken pieces allows for the chicken to cook more evenly.
