Cinnamon Candied Walnuts
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine sugar, honey, water, and salt. Stir occasionally until the color is a nice, golden brown. Add walnuts and stir to coat them in the sticky mixture. Reduce heat to low and continue to slowly stir. Then pour the walnuts mixture onto the baking sheet and spread. Cocoa Sea Salt Cashews
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Use softened butter to coat a rimmed baking sheet (9” x 11” works great), making sure to coat sides. Beat eggs and whisk in sugar for about 2 minutes. Whisk in cocoa and fold in nuts. Pour mixture onto buttered baking sheet and smooth into an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, toss, and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with pinches of sea salt to taste. Break up into chunks and allow to cool. Full Recipe.
