Avocado & Mango-To-Go-Toast

When you think of meals-on-the-go, images of granola bars and bags of not-necessarily-filling pretzels might pop into your head. But with this tasty toast recipe, you can make a delightful and fresh treat that can be eaten as breakfast, lunch or a snack when you’re especially busy. Just make the toppings beforehand and pipe onto your toast when you’ve got a quick second. It’s so fresh and easy, you’ll want to bring it with you all the time! Plus it’s just so pretty!


  • ¼

    cup mango, minced

  • 1

    tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • tsp apple cider vinegar

  • tsp curry powder


    Dash lemon juice

  • ½

    an avocado

  • 3

    rings red onion

    salt and pepper
  • 1

    slice of toast


  • 1 Combine mango, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, curry powder and lemon juice into a Ziploc® brand bag. Take with you.
  • 2 When you’re ready to eat, toast your bread. Smash avocado thoroughly across your toast.
  • 3 Add the mango mixture from the Ziploc® brand sandwich bag.
  • 4 Top with red onion, salt and pepper.
  • 5 Enjoy!
