Gochujang Marinade Recipe
Directions
1.
Combine the ingredients in a Ziploc® brand slider storage bag.
2.
Add your favorite protein (we used chicken legs) and vegetables (we used carrots, green onion, green pepper and pineapple), seal the bag and shake to coat.
3.
Place in the refrigerator to marinate - anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, for maximum “mmm.”
4.
Grill or stir fry and serve with noodles or rice.

Make a puree of the onion, pear, garlic and ginger in a food processor or using a grater.
