Individual No Bake Confetti Cheesecake Parfaits

The best part (besides deliciousness) about these fun-filled cheesecake treats? They can be made ahead of time and eaten right out of these perfectly kid-sized containers. No fuss, less mess and more dessert? Yes please.

Ingredients

    ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    tsp of vanilla extract
  • ¼
    cup of powdered sugar
  • ½
    cup of confetti cake mix
  • 6
    ounces of whipped topping
  • 2
    tbsp of sprinkles
  •   
    Vanilla wafer cookies, crushed in bag
  •   
    Extra small square Ziploc® containers

Directions

    • 1 With a hand or stand mixer, whisk cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar and confetti cake mix, stir until combined.
    • 2 Gently mix in the whipped topping. Fold in sprinkles.
    • 3 Assemble parfaits with layers of crushed vanilla wafers and cheesecake filling. To layer cheesecake filling into the containers without making a mess, pour into a Ziploc brand bag and snip the tip of the bag—this will allow you to pipe the filling into the containers. Repeat layers of vanilla wafers and cheesecake filling and finish with sprinkles.
    • 4 Chill in the fridge, or serve immediately.
