Sandwich Bags XL
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please Bring back the previous bag design Please bring back the old bag design. These bags are awful. The new seal does not close. The uneven top and extra baggage make packing the bag difficult into containers. The extra room in the bag allows for the sandwich to move around and get misaligned and lose its contents within the bag. The green color on the seal is unnecessary and obscures the ziploc seal. I have now purchased generic WalMart Brand bags as a replacement as the new ZipLocs do not meet my needs. I loved the previous Ziploc design and used them exclusively for my storage needs. Please bring back the old design or allow it to be an alternative option to the new design in the stores.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the size! The Ziploc - Sandwich XL Bags are perfect size for Oroweat's Bread. When I make lunches for my family - my kids, my husband, & I all use different breads for our sandwiches. I could always use Ziploc's Sandwich Bags for my kids' sandwiches but not for my husband's or mine. The bags just weren't big enough unless I wanted a smushed sandwich. I had to use a quart size bag. The quart size worked, but that wasn't my intended use for them. Now that Ziploc came out with the XL size it's perfect for wider loaf sizes. Finally, a sandwich bag that easily fits & holds wider loaf sliced bread!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Green Tops Difficult to Seal I sealed the green topped Ziploc like I normally would seal an old Ziploc, I could feel the zip.. Several days later the item in the bag was degraded. When I squeezed the bag it was not sealed. I learned that I had to repeatedly squeeze the bag to make sure it was sealed. This is being sold as an easy open Ziploc. The reason it is easy to open is because it fails to seal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will never buy again...seeking new brand I used to count on ziploc for quality, no more, your new lunch bags are easy open as advertised BECAUSE THEY NEVER CLOSE !!!! You have managed to ruin a great product, they are a real pain to close. Can I get a refund? I will likely toss this box it isn't worth the frustration.....did you market test these things????????

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to open I received my XL sandwich bags as a free sample to try and then submit a review. The bags were easy to open. I was expecting the bags to be slightly heavier/thicker. I would only recommend them for sandwiches and light weight items. If you have anything heavier or not soft, I am not sure the bag will last very long. If you are using strictly for sandwiches or similar items, the bag will suit your needs. I like that they are larger than standard sandwich bags as the sandwich bread I purchase seems to have slightly larger slices than some other brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from won't zip The quality on Ziploc has really gone down hill. Just bought an assortment from Costco. These sandwich bags won't seal. Very annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from RUINED a great everyday product Bags do not seal. They are essentially worthless. In an obvious attempt to control costs Johnson has remade the Ziploc and has lost the brand quality that made them worth the price. Now a waste of money and time.
